Tammy was amazing with our daughter! Our daughter didn't cry or get upset at all when she was talking to her and doing her check up and that has never happened with other doctors she has seen. She was also very knowledgeable and helpful with answering our questions.

Tammy was incredibly kind. She just had the bedside manner that puts anyone at ease, even when dealing with news that may feel scary and new and different. She brought such a light and refreshing spirit. You can tell that she was passionate about what she does. And it made me feel at ease in knowing that my daughter is in good hands under her care. I feel more encouraged as a parent now learning that my child has special needs because of the confidence and energy and spirit that Tammy brings. So I am overall thankful for her.

People are loyal. I want to thank them for the way they took care of my baby.

She asked many questions evaluated all of our responses determined if our daughter needed additional care.

She listened and provided options. She also gave a timeline and expectations of the most likely results.

Provider was condescending and did not consider any symptomatic presentation of the illness I was being seen for. Told me I'm better off without the diagnosis and that they have to protect the actual community of people with EDS from people who don't have it so it doesn't dilute the diagnosis for those people. It was honestly the most dismissive appointment I've ever had.

Our visit with the genetics department was amazing. The wait in the lab after the visit was longer than I felt like it should have taken as we waited over 45 minutes to be seen for the lab drawl

Tammy Kaiser was very professional and thorough. She explained everything and answered all of my questions about hEDS. I especially appreciated her thoughtfulness in having me get dressed before going over everything rather than me sitting in a hospital gown. That was especially touching and considerate. She is a good listener.

Very detailed information provided and it's a plus to me when new to center medical conditions my child may or may not face.

Nurse Kaiser spent a lot of time getting to know my son, as well as explain why she was asking questions as we went along. She explained what she was doing when examining my son, both to me and him. She took time to listen and answer questions, as well as explain the diagnosis.
