Listen to the concerns of your patient and their parents. Don't just dismiss side effects and issues.

I would like the providers to quit trying to suggest or rather push a caseworker on us every visit and also dietary. Every three months we visit her and every three months we're asked would we like to speak to a social worker or a dietician and we respond no and yet you continue to send them in our room and even when we tell them that were not interested, they refused to listen and continue to ask those questions.

Yes, Dr. Almazan is very courteous, very respectful, very engaged in the questions she's asking and she pays attention and is willing to explain the condition very well. We enjoy that time with her and recommend her highly.

The staff is always welcoming and supportive. They always put my son at ease and he never dreads coming to his appointment. The nurses and Dr. Almazan are thorough in asking questions and explaining things during his exam. Outside of appointments, they are very helpful as well. At the beginning of the year, our insurance changed, and Dr. Almazan’s office worked all the paperwork with insurance to get approval since insurance did not cover it. Then insurance abruptly stopped covering it in March after prior approval, but Dr. Almazan’s office worked with insurance to get another medication covered. Dr. Almazan and her staff are wonderful!

We had a great experience. The provider provided great explanations of what to expect and what's going on with our child. I definitely want to say thank you and if we ever have any questions, we know how to get a hold of you. Thank you.
