She loves kids and interacts with them so that they aren’t scared

She is the best provider ever. She explains things the way I understand them. And the appointment, she helped me to make an appointment with a specialist. Any problem I have, she helps me to explain it and refer me to someone who is a specialist in the problem I have. So that's why I think she's a good one. Thank you.

I’d have Dr. Lake as my own doctor if I could! We love her and she always makes my girls so comfortable and cared for and safe.

Dr. lake listened to all my daughter's concerns and addressed each one with either a prescription for symptoms and/or a referral to a specialist. Vaccinations were given, blood work was done, an x-ray, and all were finished with timely follow-up. Great care and a SUPER convenient location!!

May be stop calling Dr. Lake a provider? She is a physician and patient experience survey should reflect that.

Dr.Lake helped me as a first time mom. She was patient, nice and very descriptive. Now that I?m on my second baby I have requested her only. She works to accommodate both my children. We appreciate Dr.Lake !

Stephanie is the provider for both of my kids and she takes really good care of them. She makes sure that they have all of their physicals checked out. She gets all of their paperwork done for like sports and things like that quickly. And recently she did blood work for my son and it reflected that he was pre-diabetic and she caught that very early. And then she explains alternatives to kind of help improve and help us do better. He's fluctuated with his weight for the past few years and she always makes sure to explain how to move in the right direction to keep him healthy long term. And I'm really thankful to have a thorough doctor like her so that way if things are able to be prevented she catches it early enough. And she's really patient and she takes her time.

Dr. Lakes was very respectful. Her interactions with my daughter was very caring and kind. She asked my daughter how she was feeling instead of only asking me about what was occurring or going on with her, and I thought that was very nice. Overall, this was my first time meeting Dr. Lakes, and I am happy that she is our new pediatrician at the Hope Center.
