Sarah Phillips, PsyD

Dr. Sarah Phillips is a pediatric psychologist and a member of the diabetes care team who supports children and families living with type 1 diabetes. Dr. Phillips works alongside families to help children stay healthy, build confidence and cope with the daily challenges that come with managing a chronic condition. Her care focuses on helping families improve routines, problem‑solve barriers and feel more supported in day‑to‑day diabetes care.

Dr. Phillips brings both professional expertise and personal experience to her work, as she also lives with type 1 diabetes. She is passionate about helping families move beyond simply getting through each day and toward truly thriving. Families appreciate her ability to listen, understand and offer practical strategies that make life feel more manageable. Outside of work, Dr. Phillips enjoys creative activities, reading and spending time in nature with her husband, her two daughters and her dog.
