Professional Statement
Dr. Ryan Sinclair is a pediatric psychologist and board-certified behavioral sleep medicine specialist at Dayton Children's. He helps kids and teens with big feelings, behavior concerns and sleep problems. Dr. Sinclair supports families dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, OCD, Tourette’s and tough behavior at home or school. Care may include parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT), parent coaching and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to build skills that last.
Dr. Sinclair believes the best care is a partnership. Care starts by listening, then making a plan that fits the whole child—mind, body, routines, school and home. Families can expect clear next steps, steady support and practical tools for calmer days and better sleep. Dr. Sinclair loves kids’ honesty and humor, which bring hope and energy to the work. Dr. Sinclair is proud to care for children and families in Dayton.
