About Ryan Sinclair

Professional Statement

Dr. Ryan Sinclair is a pediatric psychologist and board-certified behavioral sleep medicine specialist at Dayton Children's. He helps kids and teens with big feelings, behavior concerns and sleep problems. Dr. Sinclair supports families dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, OCD, Tourette’s and tough behavior at home or school. Care may include parent-child interaction therapy (PCIT), parent coaching and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to build skills that last.

Dr. Sinclair believes the best care is a partnership. Care starts by listening, then making a plan that fits the whole child—mind, body, routines, school and home. Families can expect clear next steps, steady support and practical tools for calmer days and better sleep. Dr. Sinclair loves kids’ honesty and humor, which bring hope and energy to the work. Dr. Sinclair is proud to care for children and families in Dayton.

We love Dr. Ryan. He has done everything that he possibly can think of to help my daughter, switching bedtimes, just all kinds of random things to help her with her sleep psychology. So we absolutely love him and recommend him.

We really liked seeing Ryan. While his plan didn't work for our daughter, it helped us understand sleep better and helped us work through issues to get to the root cause of her issues.

I feel like the office staff and Dr. Sinclair always listen to our concerns and always try to help with my daughter's specific needs. Just great overall. I was having an issue with appointment times that I needed to reschedule and he wasn't scheduling out for a while and was able to, you know, throw me in there somewhere to get us in the following week. Like, just amazing. I really love this provider and the office staff. Thanks.
