All staff from the receptionist to Dr. We're very friendly and gave excellent service in my personal opinion.

Oh, that was my first time meeting. Um, Dr. Kiefer, the first visit, he was understanding. He, um, just, you know, from parent to parent, he understood everything that I was saying about my son. Uh, the second, um, the second visit, he definitely was understanding. He sympathized with me. He listened to everything. Um, he didn't treat me like I was less than like, I didn't know what I was talking about. So yes, he's a very good provider. Very good.

Everyone was very nice & helpful, Didn't have to wait long to be seen.

The CMA who was with my son was rude, short and clearly didn't want to be there. She rushed us, didn't look us in the eye and was very off putting. The Dr was Excellent.

Dr. Keefer was kind and he was thoughtful. He discussed consent with my son, which we appreciated. He was also educational and listened to what we needed.

Dr.Keifer is absolutely amazing! Love him and his beside manner. He?s courteous, respectful, and kind.

The doctor is very good with my child the nurses are very good with my child if I have any questions I can ask either or the doctor or nurse at that time they are very respectful and kind and they are very great at their job.

I felt the provider was very thorough. He answered my questions, my granddaughter's questions, and other questions that I had that didn't pertain to the visit in reference to my granddaughter. And he was efficient because I had another appointment with the therapist upstairs at that time.

Best pediatrician for kids. Was amazing with my special need son.

Well, I think Dr. Keiffer is one of the best doctors we have yet to have at Children's. My daughter loves him and he's just so accommodatable and so easy to talk to. We just love him. We think he's a great asset to Dayton Children's. And yeah, he's just great. He's just great. Thank you. My daughter says the best.
