We are blessed to have Dr. Houser and the entire nutrition, therapy and nurse/medical assistance team working with us to provide the necessary care and treatment for our daughter.

Dr. Houser is knowledgeable and explains things very well. In my experience he is able To give a "deeper explanation" for things than just a symptoms management POV. I appreciate that he is wanting to work with us and solve the challenges vs. coming across as the doctor and we just need to listen. He is warm, personable and approachable.

This doctor takes their time to listen to the patient, the parent if need be, and seems to be very in tune to not just the words that are spoken and shared, but also body language and being able to really build that rapport, doctor-patient, and looping in family when needed, and just very down-to-earth helping the patient, my daughter in this case, feel open to sharing honestly, which is huge in the overall treatment plan. I appreciate just the overall down-to-earth way this doctor handles things and asking questions.

Dr. Houser was incredibly thorough, taking the time to listen carefully to all of our questions and medical history. We never felt rushed; instead, genuinely cared for and heard. Every part of the exam was explained clearly and with remarkable attention to detail, which made us feel confident and informed throughout the inital process. What stood out most was how kind and personable the doctor was. He spoke with empathy, and took the time to make sure our daughter felt comfortable at every step. It’s rare to meet a healthcare professional who is both so professionally skilled and genuinely caring, and this doctor exceeded every expectation in both areas. To the entire team, they were all so organized, welcoming, and efficient—from check-in to checking out, everything ran smoothly. We left feeling respected, cared for and confident in our daughter's care plan moving forward. We are so appreciative to have this care team helping us in our daughter's journey. So very thankful.
