Dr. Pfeifer is a pediatric endocrinologist at Dayton Children's and a retired member of the United States Air Force. She attended University of Virginia for her undergraduate degree before attending medical school at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland. She completed her internship and residency at Wilford Hall United States Air Force Medical Center, and her endocrinology fellowship at Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. Dr. Pfeifer is a long-standing member of the endocrinology team, having joined in 1993. Dr. Pfeifer enjoys caring for and teaching patients with chronic conditions, so that she can give them the tools to succeed.
