Michele Dritz, MD

Dr. Michele Dritz is an adolescent medicine specialist at Dayton Children's. She cares for teens and young adults during the fast-changing years of puberty and beyond. Dr. Dritz helps with teen primary care and preventive healthcare, period issues like cramps or heavy, irregular periods, birth control, and reproductive health. Dr. Dritz also supports mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, and stress, and guides families as teens get ready to move to adult care.

Families value the time Dr. Dritz spends listening and making space for honest questions. Dr. Dritz works as a trusted care partner, helping teens feel safe and heard while keeping parents involved in the right way. Together, they build a plan that supports the whole child—body, brain and everyday life at home, school and in the community. Outside the clinic, Dr. Dritz loves traveling with her family, exploring new cities and all they have to offer, especially the food!
