Our experience with the Neurology team and EEG lab were truly incredible. The entire process was smooth, everyone was so genuinely kind and respectful. They talked to my son, asked him questions, and really conveyed that they cared about his experience. I appreciate how thorough the doctor was to actually help us get answers to what could be wrong, they also listened to me and were not belittling or insulting when I asked clarifying questions, I could tell it mattered to them that I understood what was going on with my child. No one really wants to find themselves needing a neurology referral but Dayton Children’s Neurology Dept made sure our experience wasn’t an additional burden on an already hard and stressful process!
