I always appreciate seeing Dr. Laura…she’s pleasant, respectful, and listens as well as asks if there is anything that we need.

Laura was extremely nice, patient, answered all questions, was willing to take the time to talk about my child's needs, to understand my concerns, understand his concerns, and to ultimately come up with a plan that was satisfactory to not only myself but my child. She took the time to really care about my child's needs once and we left feeling like she really cared about his future and how everything with his future could play out with the decision she made. It was very heartwarming, very touching, very wonderful to have a doctor that was willing to care as much as she did.

Laura is very friendly, spoke with and acknowledged my child, and made me feel like she truly listened to my concerns. She answered my questions thoroughly and I felt involved in my child?s plan of care.

The wait time. We arrived 15 minutes before our appointment as requested by Dayton children’s, and had to wait 40 minutes in the exam room before the doctor comes in.
