The visit felt rushed and the provider seemed very dismissive.

I felt so heard by Krista and she acknowledged she needed to do some more research which to me shows how much she cares about her patients and will admit when she doesn't know something. She also was very knowledgeable about my son's illness. I trust her and would definitely recommend her to others!

Great doctor and very caring and experienced

The appointment was completely unhelpful, gave us no different feedback than what our pediatrician did. I did not feel that my concerns were actually heard or taken seriously. The providers were very nice and interacted great with my daughter, but even my daughter was tearful at the end of the appointment and said "but you didn't help me." We won't be following up with this provider or department.

Krista was very thorough and thoughtful with my son. We would definitely recommend her to future GI patients.

Krista is my favorite NP ever. She understands stubborn autistic kids very well. She is the only doctor not afraid to tell him the truth.

I think the doctors are amazing in this part of the practice. The nurses need to be more empathetic and communicate. Small talk is something that’s a big thing for me. It makes my child plus myself feel more comfortable. Instead of just feeling rushed.
