So meeting with Kelsey, it was really nice. She was very informative. She was able to address every concern that we had and pass along some information that was really relevant to our child. She was really informative and really thorough and we definitely appreciated her help.

She’s compassionate, thoughtful, kind, caring and thorough. Highly recommend.

Wait time was fairly long and then with the actual appointment (med assistant, resident, MD), we were there for 1.5 hours which is a lot for an infant. Especially since the waiting area was noisy (not blaming anyone for that, they are kids)

She's very thorough. She's straight to the point. She makes sure that they have all their needs taken care of. When it comes to physical shots or what have you, she takes time out and literally she doesn't rush in and out. It matters to them. And last but not least, she is very friendly, very open with communication. And a bonus part is she actually remembers my voice when we come in there.

She was super nice went through my child’s chart made sure she was up to date on vaccinations medication and asked if I had any questions or concerns and anything I was wanting to know about the office since we were new. Definitely made us feel comfortable
