We love Dr. Smith! I have been with her office since my 1st born child and now my adult children take their own children to her. She's always pleasant and supportive!

Dr. Smith and the nurses that work with her are top notch. I am always certain that all my concerns will be addressed thoroughly and that my child and I will be listened to carefully. Wish all doctors and nurses could take lessons from them.

Dr. Smith is always very thorough and even had a follow-up call on Monday directly from her to us to follow up on some things that were discussed during the appointment.

She is very professional

We have been with Dr. Karen Smith since my son was born 14 years ago and we have never had an issue. She is wonderful and I would trust my son with no one else. And only ever when I'm asked who to take your child to do I ever, my only response is ever Dr. Karen Smith. We love her truly and appreciate everything she's ever done for us.

She is always running behind by about an hour. However, we really enjoy her as a provider for our children. She always throughly listens to our concerns and addresses them making referral as necessary.

No complaints about provider. My issue is the wait time. Appt was 9AM. We were there in the lobby at 8:50. Got to a room at 9ish. Didn’t see the provider until after 9:30.

Dr. Smith is extremely thorough and she is a very great doctor to feel comfortable with to ask additional questions, she does not hurry through her appointments and she makes you fully aware of the situation, what action items to take, and she gives a worried parent confidence of the appointment and allows us to feel and understand what the next steps are.

She was very nice and professional and helped us with our problems with our child and explained things very well and took enough time with everything. And she did a good job.

Dr Karen Smith is friendly, personable, relatable, knowledgeable, and overall an amazing provider who cares for the kids she is seeing! I will never look for another provider for my kids.

Dr. Smith and her staff are the best pediatric staff we've ever worked with. She has found so many things other doctors have missed. She's very calm with the children. She's very patient. She takes her time. She explains things. We are very lucky to have Dr. Smith and her nurse and her other staff in our community.

So I don't have any comments about the provider, I guess, but the front desk people are extremely rude.

She is very personable, very professional, and very knowledgeable. She cares about the patient, but she doesn't treat you as a patient. She treats you as a friend and someone that she wants to help so much to feel better.

Dr. Smith is an amazing doctor. She's always went above and beyond for all my kids to get them the special needs that they needed, and I really appreciate her.

The whole visit was bad all the way from the nurses all the way up to the actual provider. The resident was the only one that listen but only seen her twice

Dr Smith has always taken time to explain everything and always makes sure I understand everything. She is amazing

Dr. Smith and her team have been seeing my children for 15 years. I would not go anywhere else.

I appreciate that Dr. Smith always listens to whatever the problem is, whatever the question is, and she is always well-educated and well-versed in her responses and gives all the facts. And I appreciate that she doesn't make you feel rushed, but always wants to make sure that all your questions are answered and that you feel comfortable with whatever the treatment plan is.

Dr. Smith seems like every time I've talked to her, along with my child, it's always been a great experience. There's never been a down moment or a bad moment. And even in the situation where there were some instances where we had to discuss things that weren't super great about health reasons, basically, she was able to turned it into a positive or made the situation a lighter understanding for both of us. I don't feel like there would ever be a bad conversation that could be had with Dr. Smith. My son loves having her and loves having her as his doctor.

Dr Smith is a top notch provider who is willing to go above and beyond to take the best care of our kids. You literally could not get a better pediatrician. She’s amazing.

I love all the providers at Wilson! I just sincerely wish they would start getting us in on a timely manner. My appointment was at 11. We did not get taken back till 1115. And we were there at 10:45 like we were asked. So we waited a half hour. Then we didn’t see the actual doctor till at least noon. It was 1230 until we left.

Dr Karen Smith is a great doctor been with her for over 6 years very kind and understanding and listens to what you have to say.

Dr. Smith, and her staff, have been a blessing to my family for over 12 years now. She earned our trust with her thorough understanding of our first child's development, and her advice has greatly benefited our family as it has grown. It is clear that she truly cares about our children, and has always made us feel valued.

We love doctor Smith! The new office is rather dirty though. My baby had black hands and knees after being on the floor. I was disappointed with it being my first time in the new location.

Have always liked Dr Smith. She listens and answers questions honestly and in a way I can understand. Offers extra information if I'm unsure of something. Never pushes her views.

We’ve been seeing Dr. K.Smith for ten years and she has always listened to any of our concerns!

When a mother states what she does or does not want as part of her child's care it should be respected and not challenged.

I would like to say that they are very slow when it comes to waiting on the doctor. It took me almost an hour for the doctor to come in after I came back from the waiting room. Rather than that, it was good service and they were fine.

Dr. Smith is amazing and I would recommend her to everyone. I think with the change to a new building, communication is key. I was told I had to wait for discharge papers and 20 minutes later I walked out and mentioned it and was told I didn’t need them. I had to get to work and I was already there over an hour because of the new system which I was understanding of but communication and being on the same page is very important to get patients out in a timely manner
