Nothing. Everyone was kind to my child being seen and even made sure our other kid was acknowledged. Our appointment wasn't an emergency, but they were quick and got us in and out quickly.

My daughter was following up with Joe from a fall at a young age. He assured me sees patients all the time this age with these type of accidents. He involved with me her care and educated me on what to watch for throughout her healing process. When this accident happened I had the worst mom guilt and Joe made be feel better with the education provided and the involvement of her care from asking me if I wanted to the imaging from assuring me she?ll be okay. I?m glad my child had someone like Joe take care of her throughout this accident.

We arrived early, he took us 15 minutes early, he listened, he never made us feel rushed, and he explained everything in great detail. And I had to do a MyChart question and he answered that within the next day.

The nurse and provider were both great. Joe did a very thorough exam and put my mind at ease. Overall, it was a positive visit and pleasant experience.

Joe Day is amazing! He showed care to my child. He is very knowledgeable in his field of expertise. He listened to my concerns and provided facts that eased my worries.

Joe Day really helped my son out and gave a clear, honest explanation about the whole situation. He even entertained my silly ideas and giggled with me. I had a great experience. My son loved him. He's only three months old. So it was really important to me to feel comfortable and that my son felt comfortable. And I'm just glad we chose him.

Joe was very candid and personable and made me feel at ease about my baby's treatment.
