Joe Day is very through. He listens to what is important to the child and helps them get back to what they love. He provides realistic healing timeframes.

I feel that my child and I were cared for as people and not just patients. I also don't feel judged when I ask a question, or pressured for time (as an inconvience) to make sure everyone understands the care and next steps.

This was the first time a provider has actually preemptively taken into account her hypermobility and how it could affect any injuries.

Nothing. Everyone was kind to my child being seen and even made sure our other kid was acknowledged. Our appointment wasn't an emergency, but they were quick and got us in and out quickly.
