Jennifer M. Conlon, MD

Dr. Jennifer Conlon is a pediatrician who cares for children and teens, focusing on prevention and education to build long‑term health. Dr. Conlon sees herself as a physician and a teacher, helping families understand what’s going on with their child’s health and what they can do at home to feel more confident and in control. She has special experience supporting patients with chronic conditions and works closely with families to provide them with tools to support their everyday wellbeing.

Dr. Conlon believes the best care happens when families feel heard, supported and informed. She partners with parents and caregivers to create care plans that fit each child’s life, not just their symptoms. Dr. Conlon is drawn to pediatrics because of the chance to empower families and support healthy futures. Outside the hospital, she enjoys cheering on her favorite teams (Go Flyers! Go Irish!), practicing yoga, reading, traveling to unique places and spending time with family, including her two daughters.
