I liked that our provider spoke to our teenager (15) with respect for his insight and input and not only to me, the parent, while simultaneously involving me in the process.

She was amazing

Jennifer was extremely personable, very good with my son. She had an awesome disposition, very knowledgeable obviously, told us things about our care, and his spleen that we didn't know, had never heard before. Showed us images, just was very detailed, and he is very lucky. her as a nurse practitioner and for follow-up.

I cannot say enough good things about the providers that I had at Children's for my daughter. Could not have enough good things to say.

She was very courteous. She was very polite and respectful to me and my son. She used good sense of humor to make my son feel comfortable and she was very thorough.
