I love Haley. She was very sweet and very patient with my daughter. Not a lot of physicians can do that, and I appreciate her very much for doing that. I really wish she was just a regular doctor and not just orthodox so that she could see her, you know, throughout her care. My daughter loves you very much. Thank you for the awesome care that you gave Nova and being very patient with her. I appreciate you very much.

Haley was extremely professional. She helped answer all of our questions. She took her time with us to ensure that we understood the situation fully, as well as my son His feedback was that he was not afraid of the procedure that he went through or the healing process because Haley had put him at ease and he trusted her fully.

This visit I feel more was accomplished and in depth. I appreciate the provider for her asking questions and taking the time with my daughter as I feel it was needed. I greatly appreciate everyone including her OT provider as well.

She's wonderful. The office was busy, but she got to us when she could and still took the time we needed.

We went to the fracture clinic in a Wednesday evening ! Everyone was so kind and through. Registration, nurse, Provider and athletic trainer were all wonderful!

My daughter was the last patient seen for the day. I felt like the provider took her time assessing my daughter, describing the X-rays and discussing follow-up. However, the nurse/tech put the brace on my daughter quickly at the end of the visit and didn’t review it with me at all. We felt very rushed out of the door at the end. We asked for a note to provide to her sports team and were handed a paper leaving that was an order form for the brace, not the note we requested. We walked out of the door, use the restroom quickly then realized the paper that was given to us wasn’t the note. We had a janitor let us back into the clinic but everyone had already left for the day. We were probably in the restroom and back to the clinic within a few minutes. Thankfully, I was able to message and get a note but no education was provided to me on how to put the brace on, take it off, etc. Just felt very rushed. Both the NP and Tech were very professional, polite and friendly. Just felt like this piece was missing. Thank you

Nurse Practitioner Hammersand is very knowledgeable. She spent a lot of time with us, helped, she explained things where I could understand it and then also was able to explain it to my son as well and she is great.

The staff at Dayton Children's definitely know how to interact with kids and their parents. We are thankful that such a wonderful place exists nearby.
