This provider did not look at the concerned area for more than a minute. When parents said it was difficult to find and it needed more time to find, the provider did not listen. Parents felt pressured into what she said was an optional surgery due to the provider persisting that it was easier to just “get it done”

Overall, I am very happy with Children's Hospital and the way they interact with the children and how they make sure that the parent understands everything that's going on. My nine-year-old son that was seen by Erica Lucas also made the comment when we got into the car that he really liked how nice and slow and quietly she talked to him and he said that she was very, very nice and that she made him feel very comfortable while he was there.

I love that she was very punctual. We did not have a long wait time at all. Both the nurse and her were very knowledgeable in the answers that I had asked. They responded with kindness and understanding, allowed me to speak about my feelings and my understanding upon topics, and then was able to correct me or basically give me knowledge on it. I was very comfortable. My son was very comfortable. They were really good all together. I love that they were knowledgeable, punctual, and understanding.

She listened to my concerns, explained everything that could be, and gave us options and time to think.

The receptionist sent us to the wrong floor, which we had to wait a lot longer instead of seeing the doctor.

We saw Erica Lucas and she treated my son and she did a very good job. She's detailed, timely, patient, very good, made him feel very comfortable. So we really appreciate the service we received and the treatment and care that was provided by Erica Lucas. Thank you.

Our baby didn’t even cry while getting a circumcision. I would assume because everyone that was apart in that was wonderful. My husband and I felt very comfortable with everyone involved and I would trust these people with my kids every time.

We had a great experience with Dr. Erica and the whole Urology department. We barely had to wait to get called back and were able to see the doctor very quickly. The staff is always very welcoming and helpful when it comes to understanding our daughter’s condition. We are always pleased with our experiences at Dayton Childrens.

Erica was great! My daughter was pretty nervous about her visit but she was totally at ease with Erica and felt like she didn?t have to be embarrassed about being there. Everyone from check-in to our appointment to the labs she needed to have drawn after was so nice and helpful. Thank you!

She was professional but a little cold with my daughter who was having a hard time with the information in the appointment.

They did a great job making my son feel comfortable and answering both our questions and even made him smile and we all laughed throughout, something that isn't a very fun topic. She was very thorough and very knowledgeable about the situation and had a pleasant disposition.

This provider was quick and not a good quick. She pretty much told us well all labs and imaging are normal so everything should be fine. All of that at our first ever visit with very minimal advise or recommendations.

Erica is a wonderful provider. She's very compassionate. She listens to what we have to say. She's a good problem solver when we felt like we didn't know what to do. She had ideas and solutions for us. We're still working through my daughter's issues, but I'm glad to have Erica on our side. Thank you.
