Very friendly, very personal, was very open to hear his concerns and to meet his medical needs. Made things very clear for us in regards to treating what he was going through, which I greatly appreciated. Treated us like human beings.

Dr. Erica Batista has been our family pediatrician since my first son was born in 2019. And ever since our initial appointment, when he was just like maybe two weeks old, she has made us feel welcome and as if weren't like just by her genuine concern and listening ears and dealing with my new mom, crazy questions and being scared and nervous.
