Emily was wonderful. She spoke with my son in a way he understood. She was very kind and respectful. She came up with a workable plan of care for my son, addressed my concerns and tried her best to make his follow up appointment convenient for our family (Unfortunately, the office changed that appointment).

The doctor was great however we were very disappointed with this visit. The nurse hyped up my son keeping his cast as a trophy and he was so excited! We forgot it on the room table and as soon as we made it to the lobby we went straight to the desk and the receptionist was HORRIBLY rude saying there was nothing she could do. Was very disappointing for my son and it didn’t seem like they’d even cared.

They corrected the mis diagnosis by the rn seen over in the urgent care department and gave great info on recovery help.
