I really enjoyed this visit with this provider. Emily Boone and Dr. Kuba are absolutely fantastic as well as the nurses. I had some extra concerns and I was very well listened to, paid attention to my daughter and what was going on with her, helped me out with some preschool education and some forms for diaphragms or for pull-ups for her since she is three years old. They were already starting the process for that. They just went above and beyond and I already have recommended them to other people that need help with developmental pediatrics. So I think they're great. I think the whole team's great up there. Even the receptionist, just super nice. Everybody up there was great.

With the MyChart system down everyone did a great job to still have appointments and do the best they could. I did think it was silly to fill out all the paperwork that was in MyChart account. I know you might need some information but most of that you will just shred when the system is back up.

The NP we saw at this visit was wonderful! She treated my daughter just like any other kid despite her delays and continually used phrases like “she’s just doing things in her own time” instead of labeling her as delayed and it was so special, especially after all of the labels that have been put on her.

Emily is absolutely wonderful! She has been a huge help in the years since our son was discharged from the NICU. When I think of the providers who have made life easier, Emily is certainly one of them! She is helpful, kind, and supportive!
