After a very scary experience with a tonsil and adenoid removal, I have seen Dr. Connect a few times for my daughter. She has been nothing but kind and responsive to all of my questions and needs and even answering questions like, well, what would you tell somebody to do for your child? What would you want to do for your child? And I greatly appreciate her taking us into consideration and taking the time and truly listening to us.

She is an amazing provider, she just always seems to run behind on appointments and it takes forever to get into. She is worth the wait though!

The doctor is excellent - it's the scheduling that makes seeing her prohibitive. There needs to be more readily available appointments OR staffing in ENT needs to be increased. The months and months of waiting for an appointment deters from using Dayton Children's ENT for care, no matter how great.

I would have appreciated updates from the team or provider when they are running excessively late for our appointment time. The provider was wonderful but saw us approximately 50 minutes after our appointment time. An apology for running late would also have been good but this was not provided.

Dr. Knecht was very kind and thorough. She made me feel very reassured! She scoped my baby in the visit instead of making me come back for another visit. We were able to get in to see her fairly quickly for a new consult. I would recommend her highly!

Every single person we spoke to was extremely kind. We had not been to this campus before, as soon as we walked in someone at the desk was willing to help direct us exactly where we needed to be. Our nurse was extremely kind. Dr. Knecht was so positive, and easy to talk to! We were very happy with our visit.
