The provider was very clear in the explanation. The resident that was in the room was very thorough in the evaluation. We really appreciated the candid and honest answers. They even enjoyed some humor with us and our child, which made us feel connected to everyone that was present during the appointment. We appreciate the ease of the check-in process and the helpfulness that everyone provided as far as directions and scheduling and follow-up and next steps. We would highly recommend Dr. Knecht and her team and look forward to the next time we get to see each other.

After a very scary experience with a tonsil and adenoid removal, I have seen Dr. Connect a few times for my daughter. She has been nothing but kind and responsive to all of my questions and needs and even answering questions like, well, what would you tell somebody to do for your child? What would you want to do for your child? And I greatly appreciate her taking us into consideration and taking the time and truly listening to us.

She is an amazing provider, she just always seems to run behind on appointments and it takes forever to get into. She is worth the wait though!

The doctor is excellent - it's the scheduling that makes seeing her prohibitive. There needs to be more readily available appointments OR staffing in ENT needs to be increased. The months and months of waiting for an appointment deters from using Dayton Children's ENT for care, no matter how great.
