Christine Abbuhl, PhD

Dr. Christine Abbuhl is a pediatric psychologist who helps families better understand how learning, attention and emotional health may be affecting a child’s success at school and beyond. With a background in both clinical and school psychology, Dr. Abbuhl provides comprehensive testing to clarify concerns such as ADHD, dyslexia and other learning disabilities. Evaluations may also explore areas like anxiety, memory and processing to help identify the root of a child’s challenges.

Dr. Abbuhl knows many families arrive after a long period of worry and unanswered questions. Her goal is for families to leave feeling heard, hopeful and supported. By helping parents, schools and pediatricians better understand a child’s strengths, difficulties and diagnoses, Dr. Abbuhl allows a child's support system to better meet their needs. She also leads an eight‑week parent group, Navigating ADHD, to teach parents tools to manage everyday challenges related to ADHD. What Dr. Abbuhl enjoys most is helping children be confident, capable and supported as they learn and grow.
