The appointment was pleasant. Everyone was kind and courteous. They listened to us carefully and explained things to us. We didn't wait very long in waiting room or care room.

I felt she genuinely tried to take the time to know my son, not just a textbook. Every child's the same attitude. It was truly, you know, every child develops differently, has different moods, all that, and she took the time to learn my son.

Chelsea is very kind and knowledgeable. Great bedside manner! We really like how she treats us respectfully but is "real" with us.

I really enjoyed the fact that she was straightforward, understood what I was saying. She just took the time and the effort to learn my son, you know, and that makes a big difference when he's nonverbal and I have trouble learning him.

She actually listens to the concerns I have about my child. She's really great, understanding, and puts everything to where I can understand it.
