Ashish George, DO

I am so extremely grateful and thankful for Dr. George. I cannot, I cannot say enough good words, express enough gratitude for him getting me in, listening to me, being empathetic, being a listening ear, not talking through me, at me, over talking me, looking down on me. He came in the room with the utmost respect. He had a student with him. He had the utmost respect. He was kind. He was patient. He addressed my son in an age-appropriate manner. He really dove in and heard everything I was saying and validated everything I was saying, what was going on with my son, that I have not been getting any kind of help or assistance or anyone listening to me for, you know, months and just dove head in and not even fix the situation, but started with a game plan on what we can do and if it didn't work, had A, B, C all the way to Z and then back again on what we can do. There's options, there's things we can try, things we can trial and error.

Loved that we got in so quickly and my daughters issue was solved in a matter of hours.

We have seen Dr. Ashas for the last two visits. He is simply amazing. He takes the time to make sure that he explains everything to us very thoroughly. He answers any questions and concerns that I have had regarding my daughter's asthma action plan and the medication that she needs to be on. He is extremely helpful and one of the best pulmonologists that we have ever encountered in our 10, maybe 11 years that we've been with the pulmonary unit at Dayton Children's. We are very thankful for him.

We love Dr George and all the amazing nurses and staff at Dayton Childrens! My 10 year old loves the experience and patient care she receives everytime! And seeing my girl in good hands, and having our concerns addressed is all I can ask for!

Are appointment was on the day when the computers were not working. I was highly impressed with the nurses and how they handled themselves through such a stressful time. The only person who I felt could use a little more training on how to talk to patients during these difficult times was the front receptionist. Everyone else my son and I encountered were completely professional and kept me informed. Each nurse we that attended to my son were kind and organized.

This provider was very patient. He took the time to explain everything to us. He listened to our concerns.

We LOVE doctor George. He is very sweet, spends time with us making sure we understand everything. He is very thorough in the care that he gives and thorough in explaining everything. He gives us clear directions and advice to follow and he lays out everything we are to do for her care plan very plainly and clearly which is much appreciated. He has a very proactive approach to her care rather than a reactive care plan and I appreciate that very much. These children that he treats are our literal whole world so it’s nice to know that she’s in good hands. I feel very comfortable with him as our provider. He has made us all feel safe in a very uncertain time with her diagnosis.

Dr. George is one of the best doctors we have had ever. He is very compassionate, caring, and extremely knowledgeable and would highly recommend him to all parents and children. Thank you.

Dr. George is awesome and he was very attentive and answered all the questions that I had. I didn't feel like he was in a rush like I do with other providers. And he also called to check up on him when I asked him about changing a prescription that was less expensive.

Definitely the most caring pulmonologist we have met. Our whole family loves him. He's great.

This was the first time we saw Dr George since Dr Mueller retired. He sat down and explained everything in great detail as some things has changed with my son's condition. He was very patient and calm with my son. We are definitely impressed and thankful for Dr George.

Absolutely love this provider and this location! All of the staff is super friendly and the provider is the best of the best. He is definitely meant to work with kids and knows what he is doing. Those are the best kinds of people. Very involving of everyone in the room. Overall, great provider!

Dr George and the nurse were phenomenal. Their care was great. The tech who performed the spirometry test was rude and had a poor attitude.

We loved Dr George . We are coming from over hour away and he took his time and was just very caring and answered all my questions!! I know I had a ton! The resp therapist was awesome! The nurse that got the school plan for inhaler was also so caring and kind!

Dr. George and his nurse were very personable and kind. They truly listened to my concerns, heard me and guaranteed he was taking it seriously. He let me know exactly who he would also send referrals to to have the potential condition looked into. I received notification of those referrals being received the same day.
