Even for my child's post-operative appointment, when I had an additional concern about something that was unrelated to his procedure, Dr. Patel took such great care of us and took the time to explain everything we needed to know before making a suggestion to us. Overall, Dr. Patel is wonderful.

So thankful for Dr. Patel listening carefully, talking through the issues we are experiencing with our daughter and recommending next steps. Even though he ruled out ENT issues during the appointment I felt he showed ownership in offering to talk with a GI doctor he thought we should see about our daughter’s case.

I arrived with my child to the appointment at 9 AM for a 9:20 appointment. Once I arrived, everyone else was called back into the waiting room even if they came in after us. We did not get back into the room until 10 AM, then was not seen by the provider until 10:20 AM just to get told it's fine and leave. Very disappointed.

Dr.Patel went above and beyond during our visit. Went in for one thing and he noticed something else and took care of it. He's very professional and friendly and took his time, even though he had a scheduled surgery right after us.

Dr. Patel took time. Was not rushed. Smiled and was personable. Grateful for all of this!

Yes, when I went to the provider, everything was quick and well done. Everything was explained to me rather well. They were very patient with our questions and they explained everything very well and cleanly. Honestly, I have no complaints whatsoever.

I really liked Dr Patel. I was less impressed with his staff who took us back 35 minutes late without much emotion. We were called back so late, not because Dr was behind, but because they thought we were still at his PT appt from 9a.m. They said the check in gal didn't tell us we were here, but I not only checked but double checked we were checked in upstairs once the appt time was 15 minute late. I finally asked the front desk lady to call back to the ENT dept. That lady seemed annoyed with me asking; I wish she would've offered the first or second time I checked with her about the appt. The whole thing seemed off. Again, Dr Patel was great. I would go back for him. However, the staff situation was disappointing and not what we've experienced at other offices.

Both the nurse we interacted with and Dr.Patel were WONDERFUL. Attentive, kind, responsive and professional.

Dr. Patel was phenomenal, he explained things very well and helped reassure us that he would make sure our daughter would be very well taken care of. He also explained her situation in more detail and he also asked a lot of good questions about her case and had a good understanding of what she was going through and dealing with pertaining to her hearing and how hard that can make things. We sincerely appreciated his time and diligence with the care he provided.

My son was comfortable with the dr, and wasn't scared. Usually he can be a little testy but I could tell he felt safe and wasn't nervous,which says a lot about the staff.

The staff was extremely kind and caring, providing a friendly and comfortable environment for their patients. My daughter even commented on how nice everyone was.

Our MA getting us ready was so patient & kind while my son wasn’t cooperating at first! The dr was so nice & talked to our toddler like he was his own person which was appreciated!! Great first experience with Dr. Patel! I hope we don’t have to come back but if we do I’ll definitely request him!

My children have been patients of this provider since they were babies. They’re seven and six now. He is without a doubt one of the most thorough, kind, and caring providers I’ve dealt with at Children’s. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and then follow up with a plan of care that as a parent you are 100% comfortable with.
