We really liked the provider. We did NOT like waiting to be seen over an hour past our appointment time. My time is just as valuable as the providers.

Thank you Dayton Children’s for taking care of our girl. It’s been such a hard time watching her be unable to do the things she normally loves to do (because of her broken leg). Especially as a toddler who cannot fully understand what is going on. We feel supported through this time and it means the world.

We were very pleased with the service that we received for my granddaughter. We were informed. All of our questions and concerns were answered. We were treated with respect and I was very pleased with all of the visits that we've had there. So I had no complaints, nothing but compliments. Staff was professional. They gave us the attention I think that we needed. So I was very pleased.

Well, we arrived on time for our appointment, but we're not seen by the nurse practitioner for almost an hour. And that's really hard to hold a three and a half year old's attention for that long.

Loved the provider! She was amazing! Very happy with her.

The provider was good the waiting to be seen was longer than expected.

Dr Angela Lu along with Leslie. They were both so friendly and helpful to my daughter and myself had we dealt with a open fractured finger. They was able to keep my daughter calm and relaxed during the whole process of getting her cast on as well as the removal of the cast.

From start to finish the team that worked with my son was fantastic!

I felt rushed. I'm not sure if it was because we are waiting for Medicaid to sort itself out or not, but this visit felt rushed. She didn't touch the ankle at all or spend much time with my daughter. She also didn't address my daughter. The last doctor we saw was so amazing and this was kind of a let down.

The provider was great. The gentleman that took my son's cast off was very impatient, very rude, disrespectful to my husband and my son and should not be in the health industry at all.

She was very helpful and asked if we had any further questions about the healing. Assured my son if he didn't work his arm he would be in therapy.

Angela was amazing and took the time to examine my son's knee. She explained everything in a way I could understand.

My daughter broke her arm two weeks prior to this appointment and was complaining about some new pain. They got me in immediately, worked around my schedule just to ease this mom's mind. They were nurses, doctor, everybody was wonderful and definitely explained why things were happening and ease my mind and my child.

Dr.Lu was a very patient and gentle with my daughter. She was specific about where she is in her growth and explained things so that my daughter understood as well and was comfortable. Thank you very much!

I got in almost immediately after arriving. Everyone was so kind. My daughter was scared to get a cast but the nurse did a great job with her. My 2 sons were with me as well and she even wrapped there arm a lottle bit to make them feel included which was amazing for them. I highly recommend this office and the staff. They are wonderful.
