Amber Dawson is a very kind eye doctor. She listens really well to any concerns that I've ever had. She makes sure to keep the children engaged and happy, and she wants to make it an enjoyable experience.

Dr. Dawson is professional, courteous, informative. She's very thorough. She makes the child feel comfortable. Also, there was a lady, Dawn, and I think she was the nurse. She was very pleasant, very down-to-earth, very helpful. at explaining everything. They are a great team. Thank you.

The nurse was amazing with our daughter. She was payout and kind and comforting. Or daughter was nervous about the eye drops and she comforted her. The doctor was really kind. She explained everything clearly. Very pleased with our visit.

This provider is amazing. She did wonderful with my autistic daughter who has high anxiety when it comes to doctors. This was our 3rd visit with this specific doctor in the last few months. We really appreciate the care and attention we recieved..

I hit the wrong button, but the last visit, the wait time was over half an hour, which is kind of way too lengthy, so that's why I did not get a good rating. Again, you need to work on the wait time. 30 minutes is way too long when there's plenty of other services out there that offer it quicker.

We had a great experience and my child was so excited to pick out their glasses on their own with the help of the optical lab tech. 10/10 experience and my son already can’t wait to go back.
