About Amber Berry

Professional Statement

Amber Berry provides outpatient mental health care for children and teens. She supports patients who are working through anxiety, mood changes, anger, low self‑esteem and everyday challenges at home, school or with peers. With more than 15 years of experience, Amber's care focuses on practical skills families can use right away. She uses evidence‑based approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy in a patient‑centered way that feels approachable and easy to understand.

Amber is known for a nontraditional, kid‑first approach that helps children and families feel comfortable from the first visit. Care is shaped around each child’s strengths, goals and family needs—never a one‑size‑fits‑all plan. Families often share that visits feel supportive, hopeful and less clinical. She is motivated by helping children build confidence, problem‑solving skills and resilience that last beyond the appointment.
