Alicia Napier, CPNP

Alicia Napier is a pediatric primary care nurse practitioner who helps keep children healthy from newborn years through the teen years. She provides well‑child visits to support healthy growth and development and cares for kids when they’re sick with common illnesses. Alicia also partners with families on routine care and everyday questions that come with raising healthy kids.

Alicia is passionate about helping families build healthy habits early, including balanced nutrition, regular physical activity, good sleep routines, and limiting screen time. She chose pediatrics because she loves working with children and their families, and admires kids' resilience and ability to grow through challenges. Outside of work, she loves camping and spending time with her dog, Elmer.
